Digital Printer Awards cancelled for 2020
Digital Printer to hold exclusive Digital Re-Set forum in place of Digital Printer Awards 2020
Online event to focus on how to thrive in challenging times
Digital Printer, the UK’s only magazine to focus solely on the technology and applications of digital print in the commercial sector, is delighted to announce Digital Re-Set, an exclusive online event on 26 November 2020 at 2.30pm GMT.
Taking the form of an interactive discussion moderated by Digital Printer editor Michael Walker, Digital Re-Set will explore the ideas and actions of a panel of innovative printers who have turned the pandemic impact into opportunities to diversify and expand their businesses. Registered attendees will have the opportunity to put their own questions to the panel during the discussion and in advance.
Digital Re-Set will replace this year’s Digital Printer Awards, which cannot be held due to Covid-19 restrictions on public gatherings. All 2020 entries will automatically be put forward into the 2021 Digital Printer Awards.
‘While we’re naturally very disappointed to have had to cancel the 2020 Digital Printer Awards, we are very excited to announce Digital Re-Set which we think will provide digital printers with examples, advice and inspiration for doing more than just surviving in the current circumstances,’ said Lindsey Pearson, managing director of Whitmar Publications.
‘By giving access to insights from printers from across the industry who have shown that it can be done, we feel that this is a very positive contribution that Digital Printer can make to support the industry and help it develop and thrive in these challenging circumstances.
The event is free to attend and attendance at Digital Re-Set will be via prior registration only.
The session will last approximately two hours and will include online opportunities to network live with the sponsors of the event as well as the centrepiece panel discussion.
We look forward to seeing you there!
